Pacts to make travel easier during the Covid-19 era are due to be discussed at an Asean meeting on June 26th 2020. The prime minister of Thailand will join the meeting via video conference. Some Chinese regions, as well as Japan, South Korea, Vietnam and New Zealand, have all shown interest in exploring the possibility of travel bubbles. Thailand are looking to scrap most remaining domestic curbs after erasing its lock-down in recent weeks in the wake of a drop in the coronavirus cases. At the same time, local tourism has already restarted.
Stay safe.
